The Humphreys County Independent project was created to provide the citizens of Humphreys County an outlet of information related to events and news that happens in our community that others choose not to or neglect to provide for public review. Capps-Pull up to arrest.
This video was taken from the dashcam of a Humphreys County Sheriff's Office patrol car in March 2012. It shows the deputies arrival on scene and ends when the deputies force their way into Barnett's Wrecker Service in Hickman County, TN and "allegedly" assault and arrest Mr. Glenn Capps without any evidence he had violated any law.
