The Humphreys County Independent project was created to provide the citizens of Humphreys County an outlet of information related to events and news that happens in our community that others choose not to or neglect to provide for public review. We seek change and transparency from our local government and we are committed to protecting the rights of our fellow citizens.

Capps-Mr. Capps and the deputies exiting Instate 40
This video shows the deputies following Mr. Capps off Instate 40 and into Barnett's Wrecker Service. In cam 6 as the deputies come into view it appears that they do not have their bluelights on.
